These are estimated delivery times after your order has been processed. Actual delivery may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays)
• You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed
• A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order has been dispatched

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor the status of your package on the carrier's website.

Customs & Duties (International Orders)

For international shipments: - Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by your country - These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices - Customs processing may cause additional delays

Shipping Issues

If your package appears to be lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier and either reship your order or issue a full refund.

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
